Not impressed with the unreliability I have experienced the last few months. Came in from out of town having booked an appointment and showed up to be told she had left for a personal reason. Understandable. Booked again, showed up on time but she had just taken a walk in and had not even started cutting. I asked how long it would be because I had another appointment after my haircut and instead of taking me, I was asked if I could come back! Why bother booking an appointment? Found another hairdresser.

Asked for a basic fade and blend the sides - left looking like my hair was cut in the dark. No blend just a bowl cut around the sides - men get fades, it would be a good strategy to master this style.

Highly recommend Natalie!! She has been cutting my hair for years. My siblings in Toronto love my haircut and the price. They pay a fortune for their haircuts,that don't look as good as mine.

Vicky was so funny and a great person to chat with while getting my haircut. I would highly suggest going to see her. She even fixed up my beard!! I didn't ask her, she just did it out of kindness. I will definitely be going back to see her. Thanks V!

You may want to change your hours on site. Also I went Monday May 6/2024 and when I got their at 4:45pm it was open and when I parked to go in they put the closed sign up. Shows open till 5:30 on website.☹️ Made a special trip in just for this.

I did not have a good experience at this first choice in Renfrew. I found the atmosphere unhappy. My simple bob was cut too long in the back and way too short in the front. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a recut.
