Time for new personnel as these guys are clueless. Purchased 8 .370" parallel tip graphite shafts to replace my irons steel shafts with their .370" ferrules which are .367". Don't fit, not even close! No refund or exchange offered! Told to sand down the graphite to the top of the ferrule until it fits! Also, asked questions about various shafts before I bought with absolutely no help from them as they are totally unaware of their products. They humour you and agree with everything you say to get you off the phone. I'm done with these guys!!! Their products are available elsewhere on the www.

As others have echoed….worst customer service experience ever! You make an order and receive no shipping info at all for a week. You want to cancel and move onto another supplier and they said your order has now “shipped” wont deal with these folks again. Dishonest.

This was my y first experience purchasing from Golfworks Canada and everything went seamless. The site was very easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. When I had a question, I was able to call and speak with a real person who was able to promptly answer my questions. Shipping was very fast, and the items arrived well packaged and exactly as advertised. I would 100% recommend Golfworks for someone looking for great products and exceptional service.

I went in hoping to get fitted properly. I had a set of clubs in mind but I was cornered to either PinG, Callaway or some other one. After repeating that I don't swing this way, and that I swing much faster, I was told to not swing faster. So I went from Xstiff shafts that were more to my length to Graphite 45g shafts and ping heads. I was hitting decent and was there for several hours. But again, I don't swing like that. I can drive my 52 and 56 from 120yards and be pretty accurate. I must have repeated it several times that I don't swing that slow. I ended up ordering and again questioning the graphite shafts. several thousand later I get a call to pay another 84$ for shipping when shipping had already been added. Now I tried out my clubs and I hate the feeling of the graphite,they feel like a wet noodle. I bought some used regular 80g shafts and I will be swapping them. but after spending a lot of money, not too pleased. The length of the clubs are way too long for my height 5ft8, my wrist measurement was never taking and I know I have monkey arms. I ended up with two 5 woods, one with a different loft which I found weird. I could of saved myself a bunch of money by just going to buy the clubs I wanted. NM they wanted to charge me a lot to swap grips, too me 1min to take them off. Never again for me. 5* Lost because I found i wasn't listened to. 4* Lost because of transferring grips 3* Lost for the added charge of 84$ 2* because I hate my graphite shafts.

One of the worst customer service experienced, I’ve had. Granted the initial problem was that my package was delivered to the wrong address by Canada Post, I’ve yet to receive a refund for an item that was lost in February. Canada Post provided proof of delivery with a picture at a different address than mine, I’ve provided both companies with a picture of my door, which invalidates Canada Post proof of delivery. But both parties can’t come to a conclusion. Golf Work and Canada Post have been playing baseball with me for more than two months. At what point does this stop and Golf Work and take care of the situation ? If this situation would’ve happen with a company that starts with A and end with zon, this issue would’ve been solved 48h afters the “delivery” instead of dragging on for so long. From now on I will shop elsewhere, I will not recommend this company based on my experience.
